Weekly Wrap-Up: July 23 - 27

This is another one of our blogs regular features. Every Friday we will be posting a weekly wrap up to let you know how things went at Integrated Marketing over the past week. The week of July 23-27 was quite a successful one for us. We are pretty much all moved in. We now just have a few minor furnishing touch ups to be made and then we can say that this is our finished home. Business is booming as one might say. As the days go by more work is quickly coming in and that is a good thing! And finally we are quite excited about our new staff member coming on board next week. Jeff our Senior Graphics Designer starts on Monday and just in time too, seeing as more work comes in. So please keep coming back to this blog regularly and hopefully with every post you read you feel that you know us just a little bit better.

Our New Office

Well as most of you already know, Gary has left the Orchard Group which is located in Cambridge. He has set up his own company called Integrated Marketing. Our new office is located in Guelph at 45 Speedvale Avenue East (Unit 8). He is quite happy with the way things are going. We have moved in to our new office with great ease and very peacefully. If you would like to drop by and congratulate Gary on his new location feel free to do so anytime. We will be posting some pictures very soon so check back.

Meet the Team: The President

This is one of our features called "Meet The Team". Here we will feature a certain member of the team and you can learn a bit more about the people that you are dealing with here at Integrated Marketing. Our first is the president of Integrated Marketing, Mr. Gary Roberts.

In his early years Gary always had vied to pursue a career in radio. He began his Radio career at CJWA in Wawa as an announcer. At his next move he learned the way to make the cash and not only became an announcer at CFYN in Sault Ste. Marie but worked in the sales and production departments. He then moved to his current home town of Guelph to work primarily just in sales at Magic 106.1/CJOY.

During most of his radio career Gary was studying at Sault College in their Advertising Management Program and he then made this his career choice.

Now, Gary works as the president of his own company, Integrated Marketing. When asked what he likes best about his job he said meeting with his clients on a daily basis and providing them with creative solutions for their business makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Gary's second passion in life is the game of golf. He plays quite frequently during the summer months and finds the game relaxing. He also spends time with his family and spends the evenings taking it easy in his Lazy Boy watching his favourite tv shows which include the classic All in the Family, The O'Reilly Factor, Dateline and the Golf tournaments. Plus it never hurts for a little comedy.

Hello and welcome to the Integrated Marketing Blog. This blog is here to enable you to get to know us better. We will be posting on a regular basis and occassionally a certain day of the week will be a "Theme Day". A "Theme Day" is a day on which a particular blog will be posted that day. For example, every Friday we will be posting a "Weekly Wrap" which will give you an insight into the happenings of our company for that week.
